Macquarie City Campus
Refunds and Withdrawals for International Students
Refunds are not automatic. If you change your mind about studying, drop out, transfer, get sick or go home and this means that you have discontinued all or part of your study, then you must apply for a refund. Requests for withdrawal and refund must be made in writing and addressed to Macquarie City Campus. Whether you get a refund or not depends on the time you notify us of your withdrawal and the circumstances under which you withdraw. If you have withdrawn under exceptional circumstances, you must be able to demonstrate that in order to get the maximum refund allowable under the guidelines. The amount of refund will be in accordance with Macquarie City Campus refund policy.
If you have paid your fees and you are refused a student visa, a full refund will be issued provided that you have supporting evidence regarding your visa refusal.
All application, registration, membership entrance fees and pro-rated membership subscription fees paid are usually non-refundable.
