Quality teaching

Students will be taught by highly-qualified professionals (many whom have PhDs or a double Master). This allows students to gain an in-depth understanding of their
chosen area of study.

Small classes

Macquarie City Campus’ policy of no more than 50 students per class means students will study in smaller classes, allowing more access to academics and maximising their academic progression and success. Classes involve lectures and tutorials. Theory and Practice Macquarie University Master degree qualifications are known for their mix of theoretical and practical disciplines. This level of understanding provides students with the expertise needed to work in an Australian and international setting.

Range of assessments

To pass each subject, students need to complete a number of assessments, including examinations, group work, assignments, research and oral presentations.

Teaching methods

Students must complete certain credit points and this will vary depending on degree, check the degree for specific credit points. Course Structure Students must complete 68 credit points, either over two years or three years.
