Orientation and enrolment

Welcome to Macquarie City Campus. Orientation is compulsory for new foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate students.

You will be notified by the admissions team as to when your enrolment will take place.

 

Undergraduate students include:

  • SIBT graduates
  • Undergraduate International students
  • Undergraduate Local students
  • Macquarie University, North Ryde Transfers


Classes commence on Monday 11 March 2013
Orientation: Time 9.45am

Monday 4 March 2013 - Local Bachelor of Commerce - Professional Accounting

Tuesday 5 March 2013 - Local Bachelor of Business Administration / Bachelor of Arts

Wednesday 6 March 2013 - International undergraduate and SIBT graduates

Thursday 7 March 2013 - Macquarie University Transfer students

Friday 8 March 2013 - Local Students

Postgraduate students:

Classes commence on Monday 25 February 2013
Orientation:

  • 9.45am, Monday 18 February 2013 - Master of Accounting (Professional) and Master of Accounting (CPA Extension)
  • 9.45am, Tuesday 19 February 2013 Mater of International Business and Master of International Trade and Commerce Law

Orientation is held at Level 2, 11 York Street, Wynyard NSW 2000 Australia. You will be directed to the allocated room.

Your orientation session will include:

  • Welcome and introduction to Macquarie City Campus
  • Enrolment and program planning
  • Student ID photos
  • Student responsibilities
  • Overseas Health Cover (international students)
  • Choosing your timetable
  • Employment
  • Student Services
  • Library services
  • Campus tour
  • Question and Answer session

What you need to bring:

  1. Offer Letter
  2. Passport
  3. Guardianship information (if applicable)
  4. and a Pen

Credit exemption

If you wish to apply for exemptions based on prior studies, it is essential that you submit this information to admissions as early as possible.
