How to pay your fees

 

Paying your commencement fee and all other fees:

International students

 

In order to fully accept your offer to study at Macquarie City Campus, you will need to submit payment of your required commencement fee (as listed in your offer letter) and compulsory Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). You will also need to submit proof of this payment along with your acceptance documents to the Admissions officer as per your offer letter.

How to pay your fees

Your offer letter lists information on a number of ways to pay the commencement fee.

Please note for International student an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) will not be issued until all funds are cleared. At present students can pay:

Bank Cheque: Make a cheque payable to Macquarie City Campus and bring it to the MQC office
Telegraphic Transfer

Make your payment via telegraphic transfer and email or bring in a copy of the payment receipt to the MQC office

State your MQC student ID to the bank when paying to prevent enrolment delays

How to pay your continuing tuition fees

 

Bank Cheque: Make a cheque payable to Macquarie City Campus and send it to the Macquarie City Campus.
B Pay Biller Code: 105734. Reference number: located in your portal profile page and tiltled BPay number. Make a payment directly from your participating bank from your cheque,s avings account.
Telegraphic Transfer: State your student ID to the bank and fax or bring a copy of the transfer application to the Macquarie City Campus.

Please note: A late payment fee of AU$200 will apply if course fees are paid after the due date.

 

How to pay your commencing and continuing tuition fees for CSP's

The details of your student account are available in eStudent.

  1. Login to eStudent
  2. Select 'Check My Finances/Outstanding Debt'
  3. The link 'View my current debts' will display all of the amounts currently outstanding on your student account. Please note any overdue amounts are shown in red. If you are a HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP student, your debt will be deferred in due course.
    Tax Invoices will not be mailed to students as your Statement of Outstanding Charges is now available online in eStudent.
